This four part class series is held at Restore in their event space, on Thursday evenings from 6-8pm.
We have designed this series to be inclusive of all birth locations and preferences!
You will walk away from these classes with an evidence based understanding of the physiological stages of labor and birth, tools for coping with labor, and support guidance. We cover everything from the first contraction to the newborn exam!
