This intensive is held at Restore Perinatal Collective. We have designed this class to be inclusive of all birth locations and preferences!

You will walk away from this intensive with an evidence based understanding of physiologic birth, the stages of labor, tools for coping with labor, and partner support. We cover everything from the first contraction to the newborn exam!
