This four part class series is held at Restore Perinatal Collective, on Thursday evenings from 6-8pm.

We have designed this series to be inclusive of all birth locations and preferences!

You will walk away from these classes with an evidence based understanding of physiologic birth, the stages of labor, tools for coping with labor, and partner support. We cover everything from the first contraction to the newborn exam!

• Positions for labor & descent

• Tools for pain management

Class Three:

• Labor interventions

• Overview of the second and third phase of labor

• Golden hour/Newborn exam
