Natasha Vita
She/They
Certified Birth Doula
I am a certified birth doula & Midwife in training. I’m originally from New Mexico & found my way to Philadelphia while pursuing my education in Midwifery.
To date I have attended and supported almost 200 births! I am comfortable & competent attending births at any desired location. It is my goal to help the families I serve feel respected, informed & autonomous during their pregnancy, birth & postpartum.
When I’m not attending births, I’m hiking with my dogs, swimming or enjoying a coffee with friends!
I wholeheartedly look forward to welcoming the next generation!
Anastasia Velarde
She/Her
Certified Birth Doula
During pregnancy and birth all birthing people deserve to be cared for, listened to, and supported. Our ancestors knew and practiced this all over the world.
Anastasia is a doula who believes this ancestral knowledge is vital to a positive birth experience. Medical interventions are a gift and useful when wanted or needed, but we have lost the importance of seeing the whole person, their innate capabilities, and their desires during birth.
Anastasia believes that you get to choose what you want during this vulnerable time, and you should have people there that believe in you and support you. She is a birth doula that is passionate about helping parents through this time, and being there for them in a supportive and wholistic way.

Licensed IBCLC
I’m a lactation consultant with a background in birth and postpartum doula work. I support families in Philadelphia through pregnancy, birth, and the tender early weeks of parenthood. I bring a holistic and compassionate approach to my work, honoring the unique rhythms of each family and the incredible transition that comes with welcoming a new baby.
I help parents navigate feeding with confidence. From finding comfortable latch and positioning, to working through common challenges with pumping and bottle feeding. I’m especially passionate about in-home support, where I can meet families in their own space and help them feel seen, supported, and capable as they settle into life with their baby. I would be honored to support your family.
